Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and ship internationally as well. We also ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We have different locations for fulfillment, depending on your item's availability, we ship from our location in Winnetka, CA or from Rochester, New York.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
A: For all United States orders, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $4.95 USD.
For all United States orders over $50 USD (before tax), the shipping fee will be waived.
For all international orders, the shipping rates are carrier calculated and will vary based on country & weight of the total order.
Some promotional items qualify for free shipping*. If the product qualifies for free shipping, it will be indicated on its product description.
*Free shipping is for the item only - if other non-promotional items are added to the order, the shipping fee will apply. Applies to US & international orders.
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: We ship products via USPS.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process orders to be shipped the following day. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process, following a shipping confirmation. Depending on the product, there are various shipping times, you may refer to the product's shipping tab for the estimated time.
Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive?
A: Because we have different special offers, it's best to read the shipping details on each product's page. Once your order has been shipped, it can take up to 5-8 business days (United States). International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks once shipped. International orders may get delayed due to customs.
Q: How do I track my order once it has been shipped?
A: When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification. Click "View your order" to get your tracking number. You may also track your order here.
